  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include taxes.

  • Available payment methods may vary at any time. We reserve the right to add, remove, or change payment methods without justification.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing or availability errors.

5. Refund and Warranty Policy

The returns, refunds, and 12-month warranty policy is governed by our Refund and Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy, which include:

  • 48-hour deadline to report damaged products.

  • Insured return shipping paid by the customer (reimbursed as store credit).

  • 12-month warranty for breakage due to manufacturing defects, excluding misuse.

  • No returns for change of mind.

Additional conditions:

  • A damaged product may be exchanged for store credit only once per order. Any exception will require my prior approval.

  • If, in my judgment, the damaged item can be easily repaired, I reserve the right to proceed with the repair instead of offering store credit.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. After this date, the gift card will expire and the balance cannot be reused or refunded. No extensions are offered.

7. Accuracy of Information

We do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, prices, or other site content are accurate, complete, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to cancel orders if site information is inaccurate.
