Shipping policy
1. Shipping Zones
We currently only ship within Europe. We do not ship outside Europe or to the rest of the world.
2. Production Times (Important)
Our pieces are handmade and each one requires time and dedication.

In-stock items: Shipped once per week. The total delivery time will be the carrier's standard shipping time plus up to one week until the package leaves our workshop.

Out-of-stock items (made to order): Production time can take up to 2 weeks before the package is handed over to the carrier. We will notify you if your order requires production.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free. Shipping costs are covered by us.
4. Processing and Shipping Schedule

Once the piece is finished (or if it was in stock and the weekly shipping day arrives), it will be shipped at no cost to you.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when the package is with the carrier.
5. Delivery Times within Europe (once shipped)
Carrier delivery times begin counting from when the package is picked up, not from when you place the order. Approximate estimates:

Europe: 5 to 15 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs, strikes, weather, etc.).
6. Practical Example
If you purchase an out-of-stock item that requires 2 weeks of production, the timeline would be:

Day 1: You place the order

Days 1 to 14: Production of the piece

Day 15: Shipped (aligning with weekly shipping)

Days 15 to 20: Delivered to your address (depending on destination within Europe)
7. Liability and Insurance

All shipments include tracking.

Shipping insurance is covered by us until delivery to the customer.

If the package is lost or damaged during transit (from our workshop to your address), we will take responsibility as long as proper proof is provided.
8. Returns for Damaged Products (Return Shipping)
If you receive a damaged product and wish to return it under our Refund and Return Policy:

You must pay for the return shipping and the corresponding insurance.

Once we receive and verify the product, we will reimburse the shipping + insurance cost you paid in the form of store credit.

We will provide you with instructions to send the package back insured.
9. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If the package is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will bear the cost of reshipment.
